One of the perks we enjoy here at Back Roads Granola is a company coffee tab at Tavernier Chocolates. It’s a daily ritual for a group of us to head over during our break, grab a great cup of coffee and maybe a tasty bite of chocolate. It’s a nice treat for us and we absolutely love supporting another local business.
Tavernier’s husband and wife owners, Dar and John started their company in 2014. They create delicious handmade chocolates in small batches here at the Cotton Mill Hill.
John spent several years as head coffee roaster and manager at Mocha Joe’s here in Brattleboro, so we’re lucky to have some pretty exceptional coffee right next door.
