Every Wednesday, Peter heads into our warehouse to pick up the 2-3 pallets of raw ingredients dropped off by United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI). You see, UNFI trucks could never come out to these back roads! Then he unloads them with the tractor and packs it into the bakery to make Back Roads Granola for all of you! That right there is about 700lbs of organic oats, countless boxes of organic nuts, raisins, and so much more!
